A Fromage-filled Dinner from Australia’s Cheese-making Siblings
Cheese experts Ellie and Sam Studd (aka The Studd Siblings) are teaming up with Werribee’s Shadowfax Winery for one night only to present an epic four-course menu of their favourite cheeses of the moment.
Following in the footsteps of their cheese connoisseur father Will Studd, the siblings love to share their knowledge and passion for all things fromage.
Over dinner you’ll hear from Ellie and Sam about the cheesemaking process and what drives the texture, aroma, and flavour profile of cheese. Each course will be matched with Shadowfax wines, and winemaker Alister Timms will be there to discuss his favourite wine and cheese match.
This event will be hosted by Food + Travel writer Sofia Levin.
