For the Chancery Chocolate Cigar, Feuille de Brique pastry is cooked until crispy and filled with a chocolate mousse. The mousse is made with chocolate originating from Ghana. This 65% Smokey red fruit and tobacco flavoured couverture called Santarem is a match made for gentle whiskey. The ash is edible and made from Cabbage, marshmallow, and macadamia nut.
