Wine n’ Dine is a premium food and wine experience featuring four incredible venues for guests to enjoy in the form of a self-guided Four-Course Progressive Lunch.

With a strong support local focus, Wine n’ Dine promotes and partners with local businesses, offering guests the unique opportunity to spend an afternoon visiting the best local venues to enjoy an all inclusive food and wine experience.

Strictly limited to only 20 guests, each tour is carefully curated to ensure that the four amazing venues are all within walking distance, making it easy to move from venue to venue throughout the afternoon.

TOUR ITINERARY

FIRST COURSE – City Winery (1-1.50pm)
~ Signature Course: Seared Mooloolaba Scallops with Fennel Cream, Candied Fennel Jam and Fresh Fennel Frond
~ Paired Wine: Gerler Wines Vermentino Pet Nat (QLD)

SECOND COURSE – Gerard’s Bar (2-2.50pm)
~ Signature Course: Spanner Crab ‘ful medames’, Broad Bean, Salmon Roe
~ Paired Wine: Range Life Pinot Grigio (VIC)

THIRD COURSE – Baja Modern Mexican (3-3.50pm)
~ Signature Course: Tostada ‘Pollo Picante’ (Chicken, Chipotle & Habanero Crema, Pickled Cucumber, Shiso) + Tostada Vegetariana (Oyster Mushrooms, Avocado, Picked Onion, Guajillo Ash, Crispy Mushrooms
~ Paired Wine: Mon Tout Wines ‘Strange Love’ Rosé (WA)

FOURTH COURSE – Evita (4-5pm)
~ Signature Course: Sliced 28-day aged Sirloin with Chimichurri and Papas Fritas
~ Paired Wine: San Telmo Cabernet Sauvignon (Argentina)
