Wine n’ Dine is a premium food and wine experience featuring four incredible venues for guests to enjoy in the form of a self-guided Four-Course Progressive Lunch.

With a strong support local focus, Wine n’ Dine promotes and partners with local businesses, offering guests the unique opportunity to spend an afternoon visiting the best local venues to enjoy an all inclusive food and wine experience.

Strictly limited to only 20 guests, each tour is carefully curated to ensure that the four amazing venues are all within walking distance, making it easy to move from venue to venue throughout the afternoon.

TOUR ITINERARY

FIRST COURSE – Gingerboy (1-1.50pm)
~ Signature Course: Hiramasa Kingfish Sashimi, Fragrant Coconut Dressing, Avocado, Finger Lime & Shellfish Oil

SECOND COURSE – Bottega (2-2.50pm)

THIRD COURSE – Robata (3-3.50pm)
~ Signature Course: Binchotan Chargrilled Yakitori Skewers served with Yaki Onigiri & Wasabi Genovese
~ Paired Wine: Onannon Rosé (VIC)

FOURTH COURSE – polēpolē (4-5pm)
~ Signature Course: Cape Malay Goat Tacos, Yoghurt Dressing, Pomegranate Salsa & Coriander + Ugandan Chocolate Ganache Tartlet, Amarula Crème & Barberries
